Marketing Automation and Campaign Specialist

We are seeking a Marketing Automation and Campaign Specialist to support Expedia Group's marketing efforts across our 38,000+ demand partners for two Expedia Group products. The ideal candidate has experience in managing global customer communication campaigns and technical expertise in Marketo, helping us acquire new partners and grow existing ones.

What you'll do :

This role involves two main responsibilities : Campaign support and Automation support.

Campaign support :

  • Facilitate post-campaign learnings and develop a knowledge base of campaign best practices for new business and partner marketing.
  • Support the production and implementation of articles and other learning content.
  • Own and optimize our global master campaign intake process.

Automation support :

  • Produce accurate, high-quality Marketo solutions independently.
  • Collaborate with workstream leads, using datasets to uncover insights and identify opportunities for campaign and process improvements.
  • Engage in early problem solving and scoping, such as framing issues like the Marketo to Salesforce sync, and developing work plans.
  • Document technical solutions clearly for business-oriented audiences.
  • Who you are :

  • At least 2 years of experience working directly with Marketo to execute B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
  • Strong knowledge of Marketo and good skills with Salesforce; experience with other marketing tech tools like Knak is a plus.
  • A passionate B2B marketing automation specialist enthusiastic about marketing automation best practices, emerging trends, and technologies.
  • Data-driven with an analytical mindset, confident in analyzing large datasets to find opportunities and improve campaigns.
  • Results-oriented with a mindset focused on continuous optimization.
  • High-impact personality : a self-starter with an enthusiastic, positive, and proactive attitude.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Passionate about understanding partners' businesses and maintaining a commercially minded approach.
  • Able to work comfortably in ambiguous situations.
  • Effective in a lean, entrepreneurial, global, and matrixed environment.
  • Affinity for data, including data modeling, database design, and segmentation techniques.
  • Capable of communicating and influencing stakeholders to support strategies and operational decisions.
