Job Summary
Product Master Data Lead Analyst is a vital role that requires a skilled professional to support and coordinate product master data processes and tools. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical capabilities, a solid understanding of data governance in a regulated environment, and experience guiding small teams or vendor resources.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the point-of-contact for product master data processes and issues, supporting execution and continuous improvement.
- Guide data stewards and vendors (e.g., TCS, Genpact) in executing bulk updates, validations, and corrections.
- Lead minor projects or workstreams related to data quality, system enhancements, and interface improvements.
- Assist with testing and validation of changes in Informatica, ensuring compliance with GxP and other standards.
- Help translate business needs into technical requirements and functional specs.
- Maintain and improve data quality reporting and documentation (ALCOA+, IDMP, etc.).
- Support change management activities by training users and communicating data governance principles.
Qualifications :
A University degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems or a related field is required.5–7 years of experience in master data, data analysis, or MDM system support (life sciences or similar industry preferred).Experience in leading small teams, offshore vendor coordination, or being the primary owner of a process or system.Working knowledge of Informatica MDM (user or admin level); other tools like Boomi, Anaplan, M3 a plus.Good understanding of GxP data requirements and regulatory compliance frameworks.Fluent in English; additional languages an advantage.Key Competencies :
