Customer Service Representative

The primary function of this position is to handle customer inquiries and process orders in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities :

• Take orders over the phone and via email
• Collaborate with the logistics department to ensure efficient shipment organization
• Prepare order confirmations and necessary documentation, including export procedures
• Maintain strong communication with customers and internal departments to ensure accurate order fulfillment
• Process returns, credits, and debit memos as required
• Monitor delivery times and dates, adapting to changing customer demands and forecasts
