We are working with an International Consulting Company who is quickly expanding across Europe and are looking to hire 2 new PM for the Madrid-based team.

This role combines project management skills with functional and technical knowledge of the Adobe ecosystem, ideal for leading multidisciplinary teams on digital experience projects with experience leading Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) -based initiatives.

The position involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing the execution of international web development and digital experience projects, ensuring on-time, quality deliveries while serving as the bridge between business, development, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete AEM project lifecycle from kickoff through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
  • Coordinate technical teams (backend / frontend developers, QA, DevOps) and business stakeholders
  • Define project timelines, task assignments, risk management, KPIs, and budgets
  • Ensure adherence to development best practices, continuous integration, and deployment standards
  • Serve as primary point of contact with clients and stakeholders
  • Oversee technical and functional deliverables including components, templates, and content workflows
  • Drive continuous improvement of processes, methodologies, and quality management

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading digital or technology projects with Adobe Experience Manager (6.x or higher), AEM as a Cloud Service, and / or Adobe Managed Service
  • Previous experience with CMS development projects, portals, e-commerce, or omnichannel solutions
  • General understanding of AEM Sites, Assets, workflows, components, and architecture
  • Knowledge of AEM-related concepts : Sling, OSGi, HTL (Sightly), JCR, Dispatcher
  • Understanding of modular solution design, reusable components, and web performance optimization
  • Experience with version control tools (Git), CI / CD (Jenkins, GitLab, Cloud Manager), and AEM deployment workflows
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira, Confluence, Git
  • Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Conflict management, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Results-oriented focus on quality and customer satisfaction
  • Familiarity with AEM integrations with other Adobe products (Target, Analytics, Launch) is a plus
  • Advanced English (spoken and written) required for interaction with global teams
