Responsibilities :
- Provide day-to-day support at customer locations within geographical regions.
- Diagnose and resolve incidents regarding network and computer devices.
- Perform microcomputing tasks.
- Analyze errors, maintain hardware, set up and remove workstations, install and configure new software (IMACD), and manage user accounts via Active Directory.
- Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software, and application issues in a ticketing system.
