Fertilizer Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fertilizer Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base.

Job Duties :

  • Develop fertilizer sales plans, investigate the international fertilizer market, and collect information about local farmer customers in the target market.
  • Contact and approach potential customers, negotiate contracts, and complete contract signing.
  • Track the implementation of signed contracts and deal with related issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage international customer relationships and contacts.
  • Supervise customers to recover payments in a timely manner and reduce accounts receivable.
  • Help customers develop sales policies and promote sales.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Agronomy or related field degree or above.
  • 3 years or more of relevant work experience, preferably in the agricultural industry or fertilizer industry.
  • Ability to accept international business trips.
  • Good communication skills and execution ability.
  • Fluent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in a foreign language.
  • Local citizenship only.
