The Operations Analyst will provide crucial financial support, ensuring the accuracy of financial data and performing key invoicing and financial tasks to support daily operations and organizational health.
- Document Management : Organize and maintain records of administrative documents, ensure accuracy and availability, control Purchase Orders in Ariba, and reconcile Altair and Media systems.
- Invoice and Expense Tracking : Review, process invoices, maintain expense records, and assist in cash flow management.
- Follow up with billing department for creative and media invoices.
- Prepare client estimates and issue POs to suppliers.
- Accounts Reconciliation : Reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues.
- Reporting : Assist in report preparation and analysis, ensuring timely submission.
- Budgeting and Forecasting : Support budget development, monitor performance, and analyze variances.
- Internal Controls : Maintain and improve internal controls, ensure compliance with policies and Santander contract, and implement new processes.
- Control of timesheets report.
- Communication and Collaboration : Collaborate across departments to gather data and support operations.
- Manage client audits for contract compliance.
Qualifications
Technical training in administration, finance, billing, or accounting.Previous administrative experience preferred.Basic knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams).Organizational skills and attention to detail.We think you’re awesome if you :
