At Nextlane, you’ll have the opportunity to innovate, push boundaries, and work on solutions that are transforming the automotive world.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for :

  • Developing, optimizing, and maintaining backend services using C# and .NET Core.
  • Creating and maintaining RESTful APIs with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
  • Implementing data access layers using LINQ, Dapper, and Entity Framework.
  • Integrating authentication and authorization systems, particularly with OpenID Connect.
  • Applying best coding practices such as SOLID principles, clean architecture, and domain-driven design.
  • Writing and maintaining unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability.
  • Participating in Agile ceremonies and collaborating with cross-functional teams (front-end, DevOps, Product).
  • Containerizing and deploying backend services with Docker (desirable).
  • Monitoring application performance and continuously seeking improvements.
  • Contributing to technical documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Experience :
  • Minimum of 2 years in backend development with hands-on experience in C# and .NET Core.
  • Practical knowledge of LINQ, Dapper, and Entity Framework in production environments.
  • Experience writing and maintaining automated tests.
  • Experience with authentication systems like OpenID Connect (desirable).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices (desirable).
  • Languages :
  • French is a plus.
  • Interview will be conducted in English)
  • Communication :
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate technical ideas clearly and collaborate effectively.
  • Technical Skills :
  • Proficiency in C# and .NET Core 7+.
  • Knowledge of software design patterns such as Mediator (desirable).
  • Understanding of Clean Architecture, TDD, and Domain-Driven Design (desirable).
  • Experience with relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL (desirable).
  • Familiarity with Docker for containerization (desirable).
  • Interpersonal Skills :
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative team.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  • Adaptability to work in a multicultural and evolving environment.
