To perform an AR function across all EMEA Companies. Main task will be to receipt collections received within relevant bank accounts to customer accounts and on a weekly basis sending customer statements (SAP F27s). To liaise with both PELI Accountants and Customer to resolve any issues. Secondary tasks to perform SAP F110 payment proposals and handle I / C Inter-Account Transfers.
JOB DUTIES
On a daily basis identify income received through the various bank accounts
Match income to relevant Customer & Customer Invoice(s)
Receipt income in Customer records within Finance system (SAP)
Send weekly statements
Keep Finance Collection spreadsheets up to date
Have an EMEA global understanding of cash positions and needs.
Prepares Payment Proposals in SAP at corresponding due dates.
Proposes I / C Inter-Account transfers.
Follows company policies and practices as outlined in the Employee Handbook and / or applicable employment agreement. Follows safety guidelines and procedures in accordance to the job.
Liaison with Banks.
Performs additional duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Three (3) years of experience in Accounts Receivable & Treasury.
SAP knowledge and experience.
Basic experience in Excel Spreadsheets and Microsoft Office.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education : A level or College Diploma in a relevant qualification (or studying towards).
Other language proficiency
