ADP is hiring a Compliance Specialist.
ADP has a long, proud history of conducting business with the highest ethical standards and full compliance with all applicable laws. In this context, ADP has a dedicated Compliance team to oversee and support ADP's business to comply with all aspects of data privacy laws and regulations that apply to its operations.
In this role, you will be part of the Compliance team, supporting efforts to protect ADP’s business and clients against compliance risks by assessing risks related to third-party payroll providers, analyzing compliance data, enhancing business processes, and ensuring alignment with the highest compliance standards, under the supervision of the Compliance Director.
WHAT YOU'LL DO :
What you can expect on a typical day :
- You will perform compliance impact assessments on third-party payroll providers and interact with them to ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to ADP policies.
- You will conduct detailed data analyses to identify gaps, KPIs, improvement areas, and potential risks.
- You will assess existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and assist in implementing improvements.
- You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance processes align with ADP objectives and requirements.
- You will proactively identify opportunities to leverage new technologies and methodologies for organizational efficiency.
- You will monitor data retention processes to ensure alignment with data protection and privacy policies.
- You will assist with ad hoc compliance tasks as needed.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE :
You have a bachelor's degree in legal, finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field, with 1-2 years of experience as a compliance analyst.You are familiar with data analytics or process improvement strategies.You are fluent in English (oral and written).You possess an analytical mindset to assess complex information and identify compliance risks.You have strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to data analysis.You have effective organizational and time management skills, with the flexibility to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.You have experience working in a multinational environment with multiple stakeholders.LI-FD1
