We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional front-line technical assistance to end-users and business partners.
Job Description :
Provide technical support via phone, email, and ticket management systems.
Efficiently record and track incidents using a ticketing system.
Evaluate and resolve IT-related issues or escalate them to the appropriate technical teams when necessary.

You possess strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with excellent communication abilities and a focus on customer satisfaction.
You have proficient language skills in Portuguese, French (C1 certification minimum), and English (full professional proficiency).
