Technique Solaire is a French independent solar power producer founded in 2008, leading the PV rooftop market in France, India, the Netherlands, & Spain, with more than 260 employees and an annual turnover of 240 million euros.
We are experts in developing, financing, building, and operating solar projects. We own and operate 520 MWp of assets in France, the Netherlands, and India, with more than 400 MWp under construction and 27 GWp of projects in development.
Our Spanish subsidiary, Technique Solaire Spain, was incorporated in 2022, with approximately 30 MW of solar projects already under construction and a pipeline of around 400 MW.
We aim to expand our activities in Spain rapidly. Our target is to have 500 MWp of operational projects in the country by 2030, with a growing team.
The position is based in Madrid, with frequent visits to the plants. You will report directly to the Spain Country Director and work in coordination with our French Project Management team.
What you will do :
- Prepare tenders for photovoltaic project construction, negotiate, and execute construction contracts.
- Coordinate and prepare preliminary work before construction (topography, geotechnics, hydrology, pullout tests, etc.).
- Develop construction budget plans and track expenses.
- Monitor and control the progress of works.
- Oversee EPC contracts in terms of schedule, cost, scope, quality, and compliance to meet milestones.
- Ensure compliance with current regulations, insurance standards, company quality standards, onsite safety, and environmental protection.
- Manage administrative obligations related to licenses and permits.
- Control documentation and engineering quality.
- Conduct site visits to review progress, work conditions, and quality of work.
- Coordinate purchases and contracts for proper project execution.
- Certify the fulfillment of contractual and administrative milestones.
- Prepare and present documentation, coordinate with distributors and authorities, and handle administrative processes for project commissioning.
- Coordinate with local authorities to ensure permit compliance.
- Lead weekly and monthly meetings with EPC contractors, Owners Engineers, HSE officers, and other stakeholders.
- Report periodically on project progress.
- Manage project transfer to the operations team after commissioning.
- Support involved departments such as development, engineering, financing, and commercialization.

Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Energy Engineering.At least 5 years of project management experience in the engineering and construction industry for photovoltaic plants, preferably on the contractor side.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Project).PVsyst and AutoCAD skills are a plus.Fluent in English and Spanish; French is a plus.Soft skills : teamwork, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication.You are a dynamic and entrepreneurial professional eager to contribute to a greener future within a rapidly expanding company.
