Front End Lead (ReactJS)

Job Title : Front End Lead (ReactJS)

Location : Barcelona, Spain (2-3 days work in office, rest days remote work)

Experience : 5-8 years

Requirements :

• 5+ years of software development experience on React JS & Node JS, focusing on front-end & back-end development.
• Lead a team of Front End Developers in designing, implementing, and maintaining web applications using React.js.
• Define technical architecture, system design, and development standards for Front End projects.
• Extensive experience in code review.
• Experience in designing enterprise-level applications.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
• Good hands-on knowledge of HTML, CSS, TypeScript, ES6.
• Experience in designing enterprise-level SPAs.
• Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Responsible for code quality, implementing best practices, and unit testing. Should have knowledge of using any unit testing frameworks.
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization.
