We are European Blockchain Convention, a startup organizing B2B events (6000+ attendees in 2024).

We organize conferences around topics that we are passionate about : crypto, blockchain, and AI (for now!).

We are looking for an over-achieving Junior Marketing to join the team!

The ideal candidate is passionate about Blockchain / Crypto, understands the codes of this industry, is ambitious, smart, proactive and creative.

Our company is quickly evolving, so you will have other responsibilities that match what you are interested in and good at as we grow!

Let’s be clear, this is a new job inside the company so even if we have an idea of what it would look like, we are 100% sure it will not be exactly what’s written here under. So you understood, one of the main qualities we are looking for is adaptability, “Let’s do it” spirit and willingness to grow and learn while the company is evolving.

Key responsibilities :

  • Invent and execute strategies to maximize the User Generated Content on our Social Medias
  • Assist the Marketing Department in Social Media / Community Creation
  • Whatever else you think will help us grow the business!

As part of the Marketing Department, your KPIs will be the number of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and the number of tickets sold per event.

Requirements :

  • Strong understanding and passion for Crypto / Blockchain / AI Industries
  • 1+ year experience in Marketing / Social Media Management with a solid track record (KPIs)
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced and startup-like environment
  • Native or Bilingual in English with strong writing and communication skills

  • We work 4 days per week in the office (Monday / Tuesday / Thursday / Friday) located in Poblenou next to the Bogatell metro station
