Community Manager Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Community Manager to join our team on an international insurance project. As a key member of our global social media team, you will be responsible for managing our company's Global Social Media accounts.
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain our company's Global Social Media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
- Analyze and categorize social media posts, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement effective alerts management, distribution, and escalation processes to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Design and deliver training sessions on social customer care for Business Units and Group Functions, promoting best practices in community engagement.
- Support the Brand Marketing team in implementing Sprinklr for Customer Care and establishing KPIs, dashboards, and measures within the platform.
- Provide end-to-end support for Sprinkr and Meta Business configuration, troubleshooting, ticket management, and permissions.
- Coordinate customer management processes across Business Units, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
- Generate reports on social media activities from customers or industry topics, analyzing data to inform community engagement strategies.
Requirements :
Highly proficient (native preferred) in English and fluent in Spanish, with German as a plus.Excellent analytical skills to understand data and draw conclusions, making recommendations for digital care strategies.Strong knowledge of social media tools and platforms, staying up-to-date with current trends and user behaviors.Benefits :
