Key responsibilities / What you do
- Refine and embed Allianz Consulting Spain´s strategic and commercial priorities according to its value proposition Understand client needs and ensure alignment between service offerings and quality of deliverables.
- Oversee project delivery and achievement of milestones
- Own P&L responsibility to meet AZ Consulting´s business plan and contribute to overall revenue and margin for AZ Services Spain
- Lead and motivate a team of consultants, supporting their development and managing their performance
- Grow the current team through recruitment and maintain a healthy talent pipeline
- Identify and pursue new regional and international business growth opportunities, developing go-to-market strategies
- Enhance Allianz Consulting Spain´s expertise in strategic areas including resilience, technology, data and automation
- Execute robust account management to build long-term, value-add client relationships
- Drive AZ Consulting´s participation in internal initiatives and topic contributions, including service clusters, knowledge development and team events
- Ensure the team´s connectivity with global AZ Consulting and AZ Services leadership, and drive collaboration with cross-functional teams across locations
Key requirements / What you bring
University degree or equivalent experienceMinimum 10 years of experience in business operations or management / strategic consulting, with at least five years leading teamsExtensive experience in project and program management, change management and business transformationKnowledge of insurance and financial services, and consulting methodologies, tools, and techniquesStrong analytical, tech-driven, and problem-solving skillsExcellence in presentation and communication across seniority levels, with strengths in sales, stakeholder management, persuasion, negotiation and conflict managementFluent in written and spoken English and SpanishEnthusiasm for working in a diverse and international team with a drive to train and help others growKey benefits / What we offer
