The Role : How you'll make an impact at Personio
This position can be office-based (hybrid) in one of the following countries : Germany, Spain, Ireland, the Netherlands, or the UK.
As a Program Manager within the Customer Experience Strategy & Operations (CXSO) team, you will develop, organize, and coordinate interconnected projects to enhance the customer experience from the post-sales perspective.
You will own a program from a pipeline of priorities, conduct situation analyses, develop operating plans, create and manage KPIs, and oversee all program activities.
Role Responsibilities : What you'll do
You are responsible for strategic and operational aspects of your customer programs, including creating project plans, managing deadlines, budgets, workstreams, and stakeholder communication.
You coordinate internal and external teams to execute projects and work cross-functionally to implement and refine program elements.
You develop metrics to measure impact, perform data analysis and reporting, and communicate findings to leadership and stakeholders.
You establish yourself as a data-driven customer advocate.
Role Requirements : What you need to succeed
You hold a degree in Business Information, Business Administration, Program Management, Informatics, or a related field, preferably with a technical or data focus.
You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis or program management, ideally in a B2B / SaaS environment.
You are a team player, assertive, resilient, motivated, and maintain high-quality standards.
You demonstrate analytical thinking, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and the ability to simplify complex topics for stakeholders.
