About the Role :
Overall delivery responsibility for the project(s), ensuring the successful delivery of the objectives as defined in the Program / Portfolio Strategy.
Lead all aspects of one or multiple projects from planning through to implementation and tracking, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with internal standards and frameworks.
Key Responsibilities may include :
- Lead the planning of projects, ensuring key milestones and project goals are met.
- Collaborate with Program / Portfolio management teams to align projects with business strategies and objectives.
- Agree and manage project governance, including Steering Committees and Sponsorship Groups, ensuring timely decisions and follow-ups.
- Oversee change management strategies, including training rollouts and communication plans.
- Manage project dependencies, ensuring alignment with BAU activities and other projects in the portfolio.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, summarizing progress, priorities, and key decisions.
- Ensure adherence to PMO governance, implementing standardized tools and processes to maintain compliance and quality control.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring accurate financial tracking and reporting.
- Oversee the transition of solutions to business-as-usual support, ensuring smooth handover and operational readiness.
- Conduct lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and share best practices across the organization.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, resolving issues, and driving project success.
- Contribute to wider awareness and understanding of effective project management across the team, enhancing organizational capabilities.
- This position will support our vision : leveraging Data, AI, and Advanced Analytics to create new value in supply chain processes from supplier to customer, through enhanced decision-making in Safety, CX, Quality, Productivity, and Sustainability.
- As a Project Manager, you will oversee planning and delivery of complex global projects within the Supply Chain Process & Technology team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
- You will lead process improvement and global standardization initiatives, streamlining workflows and enhancing operational efficiency to drive sustainable growth and performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, implement, and monitor business processes, identifying areas for improvement and driving change to meet strategic objectives.
- You will manage end-to-end use cases as part of the Supply Chain Process & Technology roadmap, acting as a link between business users and technical teams to support business translation into technology and tool implementation.
- You will collaborate with TS Digital, Brambles, Global Asset Productivity teams, and third-party companies to deliver the roadmap.
Additional responsibilities include process mapping and initiative delivery :
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure current state maps represent enterprise processes.Collaborate with technical teams to design and create Proof of Concept (POC) to demonstrate benefits.Apply digital tools concepts (Control Tower, RPA, Predictive Analytics, Data Connectivity) to design process improvements and quantify benefits.Create future state maps with stakeholder sign-off.Support business case creation with regional stakeholders, ensuring alignment and approval.Remote Type : Hybrid Remote
