We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial strategy and drive business growth. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing our financial vision, overseeing investor reporting, and managing relationships with financial partners.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and drive the company's financial strategy
- Oversee investor reporting and manage key relationships with financial partners
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Identify and execute M&A opportunities to support inorganic growth
- Partner closely with the CEO and board on high-impact decisions
