Site Cost Controller

As Site Cost Controller, you join our team in Madrid and are responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and controlling all site-related costs, supporting project directors and site managers. Your main responsibilities are :

Financial Analysis and Project Monitoring

Ensure cost control and margin tracking across various projects.

Monitor budget execution and analyze variances.

Work on the financial optimization of contracts and maintenance services.

Participation in Project Oversight

Be in direct contact with operational and technical teams.

Oversee the financial performance of construction sites.

Support management in structuring and improving management tools.

Closings, Reporting, and Process Improvement

Contribute to monthly closings and performance analysis.

Produce accurate reporting for management and project leads.

Propose improvement actions to optimize project profitability.

Regular travel to construction sites is to be expected.

With a Master’s degree in Audit, Finance, or Management Control, you have a successful first experience in construction or project cost control, within the construction or public works sector on technical projects.

You demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills, along with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-financial teams, in a multicultural environment.

Detail-oriented, you are proficient in Excel and reporting tools. Speaking fluently Spanish and French , a good level in English would be a plus.
