You are a Product Design professional with 3+ years experience, who is an advocate of customer needs within the business, and accountable for working towards an appropriate solution is developed together with the cross-functional team. You will be working with Product Management, POs, Engineers, Testers, Data science, Commercial and Operations to inform business strategy, discovery, solution creation and development.

You are part of the cross-functional team who works to turn business strategy and client needs into a product or feature to be developed, helping to appropriately inform the roadmap, as well as support engineering and product management in developing and maintaining a feature or product.

Job Description

  • You'll strive to become knowledgeable of and work with product vision and strategy, and gain a deep understanding of the data.
  • You'll be working with the cross-functional team to understand what information we do / don’t have and collaboratively agree on research, process, and product development needs. You will be able to communicate with stakeholders on the rationale.
  • You will work to reduce isolated design work and strive for inclusive design process with the rest of the cross-functional team.
  • You will speak to external clients and internal subject matter experts regularly.
  • You will develop concepts for new products and features based on data, market research, user & business preferences.
  • You will be designing, building, and setting up usability tests for feature or product prototypes, working from sketches into quick prototypes that can be iterated with feedback. You will be able to present a research and feedback report.
  • You will be knowledgeable of status quo : maintain and test the products or features continuously.
  • You will work to ensure the Tech organisation involvement : you will tightly collaborate with the engineering teams end-to-end in development cycles.
  • You will work with the rest of the design team to ensure the consistency of platform experience.
  • You will be striving for system and experience consistency while using the set up design system and contributing to it.
  • You will be ensuring that designs meet industry standards for accessibility, usability, durability, and appearance.

Qualifications

  • Great team working – both with cross-functional team but also your design colleagues.
  • Experience with Figjam, Sketch and other design and prototyping tools.
  • Clear, concise and able to articulate the problems you face.
  • Enthusiasm for delivering to your customers through digital products.
  • Ability to collaborate with different disciplines and include them into your design process.
  • You are an advocate of design thinking.
  • Ability to adapt your decision to different team styles.
  • Additional Information

    This role is Hybrid : 1 per week at our office in Madrid.
