We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist with a bilingual level of French to join our Multicultural team with more than 54 different nationalities.

If you want to play a key role in a multicultural dynamic and committed fun team this is a great opportunity.

What to expect :

  • Recruit target doctors and followup on their participation. Create doctors engagement.
  • Call new doctors to invite to participate in our researches and wide our panel of healthcare professionals.
  • Initiates followup calls with panelists to achieve maximum rate of return.
  • Proactively alert the manager on any issue or deviation in the standard procedure.

Our ideal candidate : Skills & other requirements

  • French bilingual speaker is required.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills as well as keeping to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
  • Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
  • Further tasks would be documentation mailings troubleshooting and in some cases translations of text passages.
