UX / UI Designer (Maternity leave) (m / f / d)

Required skills :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in user experience, media design, human-computer interaction, interface, or interaction design
• Expert knowledge of digital content (online readability, conciseness, graphical elements, SEO, WCAG)
• Strong understanding of user-centric design, target groups, user scenarios, and dialogues
• High analytical skills to model user and information flows to enhance digital sales experiences
• Proficiency in prototyping tools; good understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and CMS with templates is a plus
• Experience in digital sales, marketing, IT, or relevant aviation fields is advantageous
• Comfortable aligning user-centered thinking within an agile environment
• Flexible to work on various digital B2C initiatives both independently and as part of a team
• Resilient, constructive, and proactive in problem-solving
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
