The ideal candidate will be responsible for directing innovative projects, coordinating engineering teams, and collaborating with external partners to improve ongoing developments and initiate new ventures in carbon capture technologies. Key responsibilities include :

• Leading engineering teams and managing R&D projects in CO2 capture to meet strategic milestones and project objectives
• Coordinating with national and international external partners in co-development initiatives
• Monitoring the design, implementation, and evaluation of carbon capture technologies from lab to market-ready, including pilot scale
• Conducting technical and economic analyses of proposed solutions
• Presenting written and oral reports and results to senior management and project partners
• Seeking and identifying new opportunities for technology and business development
