We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our Customer Communication Management (CCM) team as a Career Advancement Opportunity .

This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to grow in the technology field and have a passion for delivering high-quality communication solutions.

As a Solutions Developer , you will be responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of communication solutions, assisting in programming and designing document templates, troubleshooting service-related issues and client requests, collaborating on the setup and testing of CCM platforms, and contributing to the analysis of functional and technical requirements.

Requirements

  • Good command of office tools (Word, Excel)
  • Bonus : initial exposure to any CCM platform (Quadient, Exstream, CSF, StreamServe, Papyrus, etc.)
  • High motivation to learn and grow in the tech field
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Proactive attitude and team spirit
  • Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate
  • Completed or ongoing university degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Or a Vocational Training degree, preferably in Web Application Development (DAW) or a related technical area.
  • Proficiency in the English language.
