100% Remote - Spain

As a Security Ping Identity expert, you will be in charge of performing advanced troubleshooting and investigations. You will handle problem management by conducting root cause analysis. You will participate together with Infrastructure Architecture and Cybersecurity in prescribing the use of Active Directory in cloud projects (Azure, AWS, Google). Excellent communication skills will be required to coordinate work across multiple teams to resolve issues. You will bring your experience, creativity, and innovation to deliver class-leading solutions. You will work in a challenging agile environment with many other like-minded passionate and creative individuals in and across the teams in the project.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strong hands-on experience in Ping Identity operations and support activities on Ping Identity (PingFederate, PingOne, PingID, DaVinci).
• Strong experience in onboarding applications onto Ping Identity.
• In-depth knowledge of IAM frameworks and the Ping Identity suite.
• Strong understanding of authentication strategies such as OAuth2, OIDC, and scope attributes.
• Strong understanding of selectors and authentication policy contracts.
• Good knowledge of IAM processes and controls.
• Good analytical skills to identify and analyze customer-reported issues.
• Ability to work with engineers from multiple disciplines using various disparate technologies.
• Good written and verbal communication skills (English).
• Commitment to staying current with industry trends and evolving technologies in the IAM domain.
