About The Role

We're looking for a Tax Manager to compile, review, and manage all types of customer tax information reports, ranging from FATCA, CRS, QI, CSEOP, and FTT. You'll be working alongside some of the brightest in the industry across multiple jurisdictions, so there's always something to learn.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing the timely and accurate submission of tax information returns across global jurisdictions
• Reconciling customer tax withholding and reporting balances to ensure data accuracy and compliance
• Focusing on extraterritorial operational tax regimes, such as FATCA, CRS, CARF, and filings associated with Revolut’s local product offerings in each jurisdiction
• Performing controls over customer related tax information for reporting, documenting, and communicating outcomes to key stakeholders
• Collaborating with the Tax Product and Operations team to define reporting requirements and associated controls as part of new product and entity launches
• Partnering with Onboarding and Customer Support teams to manage customer-related tax reporting queries at scale
• Tracking and analysing tax developments related to customer information tax reporting, and assessing impact on Revolut’s operations
• Identifying and implementing improvements to reporting processes and procedures
