Job Responsibilities :

• Configure and maintain food cost software, including recipes, ingredients, suppliers, and prices.
• Analyze operational workflows and translate them into structured digital processes.
• Monitor food cost KPIs, support data-driven decisions, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Provide training and ongoing support to internal teams to ensure effective tool usage.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Procurement teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate with external software providers for troubleshooting and system improvements.
• Contribute to data collection and analysis to enhance performance visibility and control.
