Miravia is looking for a Risk Operations Manager :

As the Risk Operations Manager, you will be responsible for two primary functions :

Managing Risk Operations Teams – You will oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple risk management domains, ensuring smooth and efficient execution across areas like Product Compliance, User Generated Content (UGC), Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Regulatory Compliance, Seller Onboarding, and Anti-Fraud. This includes creating detailed reports and dashboards that capture performance against OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), and leveraging your SQL expertise to query, analyze, and present data that informs strategic decision-making. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and the broader risk team to ensure the highest standards of performance, efficiency and compliance across Miravia's risk operations.

Lead & Supervise Operations : Oversee the daily operations for the risk management teams handling Product Compliance, UGC, IPR, Regulatory Compliance, Seller Onboarding, and Anti-Fraud. Vendor Management : Coordinate with external vendors supporting the risk domains, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and that quality standards are consistently maintained.

Training & Development : Lead and mentor team members, providing coaching and training to develop operational expertise and enhance overall team performance.

Create Reports & Track Risk Metrics (SQL & Power BI) :

  • Regularly monitor and report on performance to senior leadership.
  • SQL Reporting : Use your SQL skills to query and analyze large data sets from various risk domains. Power BI Dashboards : Leverage Power BI or similar tools to create visual reports that are easy to interpret, allowing stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Data-Driven Insights : Provide analysis and recommendations based on the data, helping the team adjust strategies, workflows, or processes as needed to meet risk-related objectives.
  • Quality Assurance : Proven Experience : Minimum of 2 years managing operations teams in a Risk, Compliance, or Content Moderation environment. Experience in an e-commerce or digital platform is a plus.
  • SQL Proficiency : Strong SQL skills with at least 2 years of experience. You should be able to query complex data sets, perform data analysis, and generate actionable reports.
  • Power BI Skills : Experience using Power BI or similar tools to create dashboards and visual reports that track OKRs and other key performance metrics.
  • Excellent Communication Skills : You must be able to communicate complex data and processes in a simple, clear, and compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences. Risk & Compliance Knowledge : Deep understanding of risk domains such as product compliance, intellectual property rights, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. Leadership & Team Management : Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, optimize workflows, and ensure smooth operations across multiple risk domains.
  • Analytical Thinking : Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
