Technical Operations Director

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our solution engineering operations.

The successful candidate will oversee the execution of complex technical solutions, from proposal to delivery. They will ensure resource allocation aligns with project priorities and deadlines.

This role requires strong leadership and team management skills, as well as a proven track record in solution lifecycle management and technical project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a global / matrixed organization and be familiar with enterprise software or test and measurement technologies.

They will also have excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 8–12 years of experience in solution engineering, technical consulting, or operations management.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong understanding of solution lifecycle management and technical project delivery.
