In connection with our business expansion, Intellias is strengthening its delivery leadership capabilities. We are seeking a seasoned executive to join as VP Delivery in the Digital business segment (Head of Delivery Segment). This role strategically manages operations of over 700 people, focusing on scaling the business. The primary focus is shaping the delivery strategy within your areas of responsibility and contributing to the overall company strategy. The role's objectives align with top-level company goals and growth of the Delivery Segment.

Responsibilities include :

• Leading the Delivery Organization :
• Leading a team of directors to deliver high-quality services to clients
• Developing and implementing best practices to improve efficiency and quality
• Driving adoption of new technologies and tools for innovation and efficiency
• Fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning
• Supporting Business Development and Client Relations :
• Collaborating with clients to understand their goals and develop tailored solutions
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships for project success
• Participating in top-priority presales activities, guiding the team and ensuring sales success
• Working with sales and marketing to develop segment strategies
• Driving Technological Innovation :
• Identifying and evaluating emerging technologies for application in solutions
• Developing and executing an innovation strategy aligned with business goals
• Staying updated with the latest trends in software engineering
