Key Account Manager for SpainTo drive our global growth, we seek an experienced Key Account Manager for Spain to develop and maintain strategic partnerships with regional sales partners and distributors.Job Responsibilities :

  • Identify and Develop Regional Partnerships :

Build and continuously supervise a network of regional sales partners and distributors in Spain.- Onboarding and Relationship Building :

Oversee the onboarding process of new partners and foster long-term, successful business relationships.- Training and Implementation :

Organize and coordinate online and in-person training sessions for partners, ensuring the effective implementation of our Partner Program.- Business Planning and Growth :

Define and drive business plans with partners, monitoring their growth and ensuring continuous strategic development.- Industry Representation :

Actively participate in industry events, fairs, and partner meetings to promote our solutions and strengthen brand presence.- Performance Monitoring :

Create accurate sales forecasts and define actionable strategies to ensure business targets in Spain are achieved.- Cross-Functional Collaboration :

Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management teams internally and act as a key point of contact representing the company externally.- Customer Relationship Management :

Regularly update our CRM system with relevant partner and deal information for accurate tracking and reporting.- Value-Added Knowledge :

Consider valuable knowledge and existing relationships within Partners and MSSP in Spain as a strong asset for this role.Requirements :

  • IT Knowledge :
  • Solid IT knowledge gained through academic background or equivalent qualification, preferably in cybersecurity or cloud services.- Professional Experience :

    At least five years of professional experience in the IT sector with a strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes.- Sales Methodologies :

    Experience with enterprise sales methodologies like MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, or Miller Heiman is highly valued, especially in complex partner environments involving multiple stakeholders.- Regional Expertise :

    Relevant experience in dealing with sales partners and distributors in Spain and ability to successfully develop partners strategically and economically.- Communication Skills :

    Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with partners and customers.- Travel Requirements :

    Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50% of business days) and present Hornetsecurity's solutions during customer meetings, partner sessions, and negotiations.- Languages :

    Excellent knowledge in Spanish and at least B2 level of English, both spoken and written.- Personal Qualities :
