The Role

The goal is to support and execute payroll activities and / or data management / customer service activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Responsibilities may focus on payroll, customer service, or both, with flexibility to support as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Process Payroll End to End independently, ensuring delivery as per schedules and KPIs.
  • Support statutory and year-end reporting activities.
  • Use payroll expertise to advise on client queries, understanding country-specific legislation.
  • Support knowledge transfer to apprentices and associates.
  • Respond to tickets and calls within SLA standards and maintain high quality.
  • Assist with system maintenance testing.
  • Liaise with third parties as required.
  • Complete SOC controls timely with necessary documentation.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and suggest preventative measures.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions ensuring understanding and application.
  • Maintain up-to-date process documentation.
  • Report system issues with detailed tickets for investigation.
  • Alert Service Manager to deviations from scope.
  • Handle sensitive / confidential information appropriately.
  • Contribute to team meetings and communicate issues promptly.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.

  • Adhere to security, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Support a fast-paced, global environment with flexibility.
  • Pay attention to detail.
  • Excellent Dutch language skills (written and verbal) and good English skills.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
