What are we looking for?

We are actively seeking a Clinical Trainer for our Medical & Training Department. We are reaching out proactively to professionals interested in joining our team, aiming to connect with individuals whose expertise aligns with our needs.

The candidate will conduct pre-sales demonstration sessions, present at national and international conferences, and provide training for INDIBA Aesthetics and K-LASER brands.

Responsibilities

  • Train and promote INDIBA and / or K-LASER technology to clients, agents, and distributors nationally and internationally.
  • Accurately record training sessions following company procedures.
  • Report activity regularly to the supervisor.
  • Collaborate with medical and R&D departments to develop new protocols and applications.
  • Address inquiries regarding training content or applications from end customers and distributors / agents.
  • Acquire knowledge related to Beauty and Medical Aesthetics.
  • Adhere to internal regulations, IT policies, Quality System, and company risk prevention guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

  • Academic background in Aesthetics, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Aesthetic Physiotherapy, Aesthetic Medicine, or as an Assistant / Technician in Aesthetic Medicine.
  • Knowledge of medical equipment and medical aesthetics (EBD).
  • At least 2 years of experience in applying aesthetic and medical treatments with equipment.
  • At least 2 years of experience conducting training courses for clients or sales networks.
  • Proactive, versatile, self-motivated, and autonomous personality.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.
  • Availability for national and international travel.
