About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Analytics & CRO Specialist ( bilingual english / spanish ) to drive data-informed strategies that boost digital performance and conversion. You’ll manage GA4 configurations, lead A / B testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover and implement optimization opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and maintain advanced GA4 setups, ensuring accurate tracking, data cleansing.
Design and run A / B and multivariate tests using tools like VWO, Optimizely, AB Tasty or similar. Analyze test results to improve conversion rates and user experience.
Create strategic dashboards (Looker Studio) and reports to track KPIs and support data-driven decisions across departments.
Analyze conversion funnels and user behavior to identify friction points and opportunities. Consolidate insights across SEO, ads, CRM, and analytics to inform strategy.
Work closely with consulting, sales, and client teams. Translate complex data into clear recommendations and prioritize initiatives based on business impact.
Maintain continuous communication with clients to share insights, test results, and performance improvements.
