We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join our international team in the renewable energy industry. As an HR Operations Specialist, you will be a key support pillar for the HR team, ensuring the smooth execution of daily HR processes and operations across Europe.

Assist the HR team with internal HR processes, operations workflows, and HR data maintenance.

Provide support on HR-related payment issues

Support the implementation and execution of HR processes, including workflow management and employee data handling.

Work closely with HR team to ensure process consistency and alignment across regions.

Coordinate with departments such as Finance, IT, and Legal to ensure smooth day-to-day employee operations.

Assist with visa and work permit processes for expatriate employees when needed.

Provide daily HR and administrative support.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR professional, preferably within the Spain / European market.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionally; Fluent in Chinese, Spanish, and English, both written and spoken.

Must hold a valid work permit in Spain.

Available to work full-time (40 hours per week) and on-site at the Madrid office.
