You'll be the go-to legal reference at Stayforlong, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and supporting cross-functional teams — particularly Customer Experience, Finance, Supply and Product teams and People — in resolving legal claims, managing contracts, updating internal policies, and navigating international expansion. Ensure compliance with consumer laws, GDPR, tax regulations , and other applicable frameworks.

Draft and maintain internal policies, privacy terms, and legal documentation.

Handle escalated customer and partner disputes , liaising with external counsel when needed.

Assist Finance in structuring for tax efficiency and regulatory compliance .

Evaluate legal requirements for entering new markets.

Keep our website's legal content up-to-date.

Foster a company-wide compliance culture through training and practical guidance.

Proven experience (2+ years) in handling legal matters, compliance, and contract management, preferably in the tech or hospitality industry .

Solid knowledge of GDPR, privacy, intellectual property, tax law, and compliance.

Strong skills in contract drafting, negotiation, and managing complex agreements.

Experience coordinating with external legal counsel and cross-functional teams.

Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.

A law degree or equivalent legal education is a plus, but not mandatory if backed by relevant experience.
