Job Opportunity :

Risk & Operations Manager

  • We are looking for a talented professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple risk management domains.
  • This includes managing teams, coordinating with vendors, and creating detailed reports and dashboards.

About the Role :

  • As a Risk Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth execution of various risk management domains.
  • You will lead and supervise operations teams, manage vendor relationships, and provide training and development opportunities.

    • Responsibilities :

  • Manage risk operations teams and ensure efficient execution across areas like product compliance, user-generated content, intellectual property rights, regulatory compliance, seller onboarding, and anti-fraud.
  • Create detailed reports and dashboards that capture performance against OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
  • Leverage SQL expertise to query, analyze, and present data that informs strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and the broader risk team to ensure high standards of performance, efficiency, and compliance.

    • Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing operations teams in a risk, compliance, or content moderation environment.
  • Strong SQL skills with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Experience using Power BI or similar tools to create dashboards and visual reports.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate complex data and processes in a simple, clear, and compelling way.
  • Deep understanding of risk domains such as product compliance, intellectual property rights, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
  • Leadership and team management skills with the ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
