About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategies to grow our client base and implementing plans to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop effective plans to expand our network of partners.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients and partners to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Build and manage a portfolio of clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Follow up on queries and provide prompt feedback to clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly targets through strong sales and marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • A diploma or degree in any field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales or account management is required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English language is essential.
  • Knowledge of other languages such as French or German is an advantage.
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
