Expert knowledge of technical regulations related to logistics, import / export, and customs regulations. Familiarity with ERP systems, warehouse management systems, and interfaces. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of lean techniques and office tools. Experience with e-commerce logistics a plus.
About the Role - We are seeking a seasoned Logistics Operations Manager to oversee our B2B and B2C logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, with experience in managing warehouse inventory, tracking slow-moving stock, and implementing lean techniques.
Responsibilities :
- Manage B2B (stores) and B2C (e-commerce) logistics operations, coordinating with Demand and Supply teams.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock optimization, and destruction of obsolete goods.
- Resolve any issues or complaints concerning logistics systems.
- Participate in implementing logistics models that support business strategies, company expansion, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Assess and recommend logistics processes for potential new affiliates, advising on cost implications and efficiency.
- Verify invoices for transport and storage service providers.
- Prepare and monitor third-party logistics service budgets.
- C coordinate delivery reception and I-doc errors resolution.
