We are looking for an Account Director to lead and develop campaigns for our clients. The work is focused on Spain and Portugal, and we seek someone with a clear strategic and business vision to help us grow and expand our operations.

Responsibilities and Expectations :

  • Lead the accounts team and oversee the delivery of client projects, ensuring quality and satisfaction.
  • Develop strong, lasting relationships with clients to meet their needs and expectations.
  • Identify and pursue additional business opportunities with existing clients and generate new prospects for the company.
  • Collaborate closely with creative and production teams to deliver innovative, high-quality projects.
  • Manage account budgets and ensure project profitability.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within an advertising or communication agency.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and capacity to build strong client relationships.
  • Strategic thinking and business planning skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience closing deals.
  • Knowledge of the advertising market and ability to identify new business opportunities.
  • High proficiency in English.

    Position : Permanent contract, fostering long-term development with Cheil.

    Salary : Negotiable based on experience, with performance bonuses.

    Working hours : Monday to Thursday 09 : 00-18 : 15, Fridays 09 : 00-15 : 00. July and August : Monday to Friday 08 : 00-15 : 00.

    Annual leave : 22 days, plus holidays on December 24-31 and Advertising Day.

    Our office is located in Alcobendas, with free direct bus service from Plaza Castilla, Chamartín, and Nuevos Ministerios.
