• Design and develop robust data models to support business intelligence, analytics, and reporting needs. - Develop and maintain documentation for data models, including data dictionaries, ER diagrams, and metadata. - Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data models. - Coordinate with various teams to ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards. Documented. - Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of data models into ETL pipelines. - Implement and maintain data modeling standards and best practices, ensuring consistency and quality across all data assets. - Optimize existing data models for performance, scalability, and maintainability. - Conduct regular reviews and updates of data models to accommodate evolving business needs and technological advancements. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data modelers and other team members. • Preferably at least 5 years of experience in data modeling or related fields. - At least 2 years of experience with Data Vault modeling techniques. - Fluent English (B2+ Minimum). - Strong proficiency in data modeling tools and techniques.
