About the team you are joining

You will report to the Senior Manager, Settlement Operations, and will work closely with a highly diversified and inclusive team.

What your day would be like

  • Prepare and execute bank orders for collection and settlement of Billing and Settlement Plan (BSP) and Cargo Accounts Settlement System (CASS) funds according to scheduled calendars and in alignment with IATA financial policies;
  • Perform matching activities, monitor bank statements, follow up on discrepancies, and prepare and act on exception reports;
  • Prepare Hinge Account Reconciliations, ensuring report accuracy and clearing open balances;
  • Prepare external reports for customers;
  • Assist in preparing internal reports for IATA management;
  • Prepare and update Settlement Operations user guides, including country-specific requirements;
  • Assist management in applying standard and best practices throughout operations;
  • Coordinate with the Customer Service department to address customer queries related to operations;
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Senior Manager, Settlement Operations.

We would love to hear from you if you have :

  • 2-3 years of experience in treasury and / or finance-related matters;
  • Strong PC skills, particularly in MS Office Excel and Access;
  • Fluency in spoken and written English;
  • Knowledge of another language would be an advantage;
  • Relevant aviation industry experience (airlines, travel agencies, etc.) is a plus;
  • Customer focus, learning agility, planning and organizing, attention to detail, teamwork, cultural intelligence; good communication skills; proactive approach.
