UX / UI Designer (Maternity leave) (m / f / d)

Required skills :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in user experience, media design, human-computer interaction, interface, or interaction design
• Expertise in digital content, including online readability, conciseness, graphical elements, SEO, and WCAG standards
• Deep understanding of user-centric design, target groups, user scenarios, and user dialogues
• Strong analytical skills to model user and information flows to enhance digital sales experiences
• Proficiency in prototyping tools; good understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and CMS with templates is a plus
• Experience in digital sales, marketing, IT, or relevant aviation fields is advantageous
• Ability to align user-centered thinking within an agile working environment
• Flexibility to work on various digital B2C initiatives both independently and in team settings
• Resilience, constructive attitude, and proactive problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
