You will be working as an Industrial Engineer in our plant to be trained on our products and processes, with the opportunity to evolve into an Industrial Engineer position at one of our international plants as the next step in your career within MAXAM.

You will participate in the manufacturing process of MAXAM-designed products that will be sent to onsite manufacturing plants or mines, working closely with the Plant Manager.

Your responsibilities :

As an Industrial Engineer with 1 or 2 years of experience in a plant, your skills in mechanics, electricity, and manufacturing are important for this role.

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment and comply with H&S policies.
• Assist in manufacturing and delivering products, ensuring correct quality control.
• Manage stock levels.
• Distribute onsite work for crew members.
• Assist in supervising the manufacture and delivery of trucks.
• Ensure the daily execution of the production plan.
• Participate in process improvements and commissioning within the plant.
• Report and monitor production activities.
• Support the Plant Manager with plant needs.
• Assist the team with special projects.
• Maintain a safety focus.

Requirements :

The aim of this development program is to train junior engineers to become future Industrial Engineers who will evolve internationally within MAXAM, integrating into our culture and absorbing our company’s know-how.
