Supply Chain Planning Specialist

Responsible for ordering local goods and replenishing the Country Distribution Center to ensure product availability for operations. This role manages inventory, purchase orders, and supplier collaboration to maintain supply chain efficiency and meet service level targets.

Manage the end-to-end replenishment process, ensuring timely and accurate ordering based on inventory levels, forecasts, and logistics parameters.

Generate and follow up on purchase orders in alignment with supplier agreements and distribution center guidelines.

Analyze key supply chain KPIs (e.g., Line Fill Rate, Lead Time) and propose corrective actions to improve performance.

Collaborate with suppliers by sharing forecasts and performance data, conducting regular reviews to strengthen supply chain efficiency.

Support continuous improvement by enhancing tools and ensuring adherence to logistics policies and procedures.

Experience in Supply and Demand Planning and Forecasting and working with International Suppliers.

Intermediate English proficiency
