Quasar Homes develops luxury villas in Marbella. We’re hiring a Project Manager to coordinate daily execution, track timelines and costs, and document everything clearly.

You’ll work with external architects, engineers, and contractors — not internal crews — and ensure villas are delivered on time, on budget, and to spec. Lean Construction methods, Notion, and Google Workspace are core to how we operate.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate contractors, consultants, and suppliers
• Track schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Maintain documentation in Notion & Google Drive
• Apply Lean principles to reduce delays
• Site visits, reporting, and follow-up
• Ensure permits, inspections, and compliance are on track
