As we continue expanding into international markets, we are looking for a Business Analyst Trainee to support our growing International Business Department.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst Trainee to join our International Business team.

This role is designed for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to grow in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

You will work closely with our sales and international business teams to support data analysis, build sales performance reports, and contribute to the development of insights that will shape our international growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, and analyze sales reports from international distributors
• Prepare and maintain quarterly sales performance dashboards and presentations
• Assist in forecasting, market trend monitoring, and competitor analysis
• Help streamline data reporting processes and improve data accuracy
• Collaborate with international business managers to support commercial decision-making
• Maintain and update internal databases and CRM tools with distributor sales data
• Participate in ad-hoc analytical projects and international business initiatives
