Our client is an international company leader in the insurance sector that helps everyday people to be safer and protected.

As part of the Belgian Telesales / Customer service department your main tasks will be the following :

You will be answering inbound calls in French and offering insurances to the consumers.
We will expect you to explain the legal warranty and offer, and tell about consumer and additional insurances.

French & Dutch Native + Nice to have other European languages

At least 1 year of experience in Telesales / Telemarketing / Customer service environment

The agent should have a strong commercial profile, good knowledge of sales techniques and know how to deal with objections.

783€ gross per year plus monthly bonus based on your results + 204 € of ticket restaurants per month -100% remote position, you will receive a laptop and you will have the flexibility to work fully from home, everywhere in Spain
