Join a leading German industrial multinational as an HR Business Partner , working closely with leadership to shape and support a high-performance people strategy.

Your role – What you’ll be doing :

  • Partner with managers to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Support recruitment , onboarding, and talent development programs.
  • Manage employee relations , providing coaching and guidance to leadership.
  • Lead performance management processes and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with headquarters and local teams on HR projects and change management .
  • Ensure legal compliance and policy adherence within HR operations.

You bring :

  • Experience as an HRBP in an industrial or manufacturing setting .
  • A strategic mindset, but also hands-on in execution.
  • Fluency in English; German is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, influence, and problem-solving skills.
